Samsung's Galaxy S25 Ultra has appeared in some leaked renders yesterday, and now it's been spotted in the 3C certification database. This reveals that the phone will support a maximum of 45W wired charging, which is hardly surprising.

It will also, perhaps more interestingly, support satellite connectivity in the SM-S9380 iteration that should be headed to China. It's unclear if all the various regional variations will get it too.

Huawei Mate XT Ultimate runs the company's top chipset

Huawei launched Mate XT Ultimate, the first tri-fold smartphone, but one key detail remained a mystery: the chipset. While the company has not officially commented on the SoC powering its devices, a hands-on from the launch event in China revealed that the tri-fold is equipped with the Kirin 9010.

Starting next month, users of compatible iPhones will be able to enjoy the full Apple Intelligence features (in beta) as part of the expected iOS 18.1 update. Unless they live in the EU or China – the two regions where Apple will not be releasing the new AI features just yet.

Samsung lays off 10% of its workforce in India amidst a factory strike crisis

Samsung India is experiencing a turbulent period as it is losing ground to Chinese competitors. According to The Economic Times of India, the company will lay off nearly 200 people, which is about 10% of the workforce.

Apple has never publicly revealed how much RAM its iPhones have, so we're left waiting for teardowns usually in order to confirm the specific amounts. This time around, we might not have to.
