Samsung partners with boy band TXT for new Galaxy brand anthem

Samsung launched the Galaxy Z Flip6 last week with a big battery and improved cameras. Now Samsung released its new Galaxy Brand Anthem "Open Always Wins," sung by K-pop boy band Tomorrow X Together (also known as TXT).

The artists themselves have also been signed up as Galaxy Ambassadors, and the Z Flip6 can be seen multiple times in the video of the new track.

Xiaomi Mix Flip to join Mix Fold 4 and Redmi K70 Ultra at July 19 event

Xiaomi revealed the launch date of its first flip foldable – Mix Flip. It will be this Friday, July 19, and the device will arrive alongside the already confirmed Mix Fold 4 and Redmi K70 Ultra.

OnePlus Nord 4 arrives with an all-metal body around a unique design

The OnePlus Nord 4 was unveiled today at the company's Summer Lunch Event in Milan, Italy. This new smartphone features a design that goes against the current glass-sandwich trends, and opts for a metal unibody instead.

IDC: Smartphone market continues to regain ground in Q2, shipments up 6.5%

Smartphone shipments in Q2 2024 grew 6.5% on a yearly basis, revealed IDC in its latest report on the global market. Companies saw a fourth consecutive quarter of shipment growth and are building towards an expected recovery by the end of the year.

Samsung and Apple remained on top, and all Top 5 companies increased their shipments. IDC revealed that AI and higher average selling prices were the main reasons for the market's improvement between April and June 2024.
