Poco M6 4G listed with familiar specs and design

The Poco M6 4G is officially launching tomorrow, but its product page is already live on Poco’s global website complete with detailed specs. The latest member of the Poco M6 family is a budget 4G device that shares its key specs with Xiaomi’s Redmi 13 which was announced last week.

Like the Redmi 13, Poco M6 4G brings a 6.79-inch IPS LCD with FHD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. There’s a Helio G91-Ultra chipset at the helm alongside 6/8GB RAM and 128/256GB storage which is expandable via the microSD card slot.

Deals: Samsung Galaxy S23 FE gets cheaper and so does the Google Pixel 7a

Last week we saw the Samsung Galaxy A55 fall below £300 (for an 8/128GB unit), but as it so often happens, that discount didn’t last long, so the price is over £400 again. This might be a good time to consider an alternative – the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE.

Qualcomm’s current naming scheme can sometimes be confusing, but the “s” generally denotes a “step-down” model in the lineup, and that’s exactly what the new Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 is. The Galaxy Watch FE is definitely on its way. That much is already certain. We have plenty of leaks to prove it, including one from the official Samsung website. There is also the fact that the company is already giving one away to buyers of the S24 series over in Belgium. Deals: Xiaomi 14 Ultra price drops by £200, vanilla Xiaomi 14 gets £100 cheaper

In our review of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, we called its camera system “nearly flawless”. However, the Cons section points out that this is a pricey phone – and it still is, though a bit less than usual right now.
